Our ordering process
Site measure and shop drawings
We’ll either conduct a site measure or ask you to provide measurements.
Our in-house design and drafting team will then work with you to produce shop drawings, detailing your designs.
Project moves into Fabrication
Our expert metal fabricators hand make your steel windows and doors to your specifications.
Finishings, hardware and quality checks
Your frames go to finishes; sandblasting and powder coating. They are then fitted with locks and hardware before their final quality checks.
Delivery, Installation and Glazing
Our in-house installation and glazing team come out to site to install your steel windows and doors. If you’re outside Victoria, your frames will be glazed and shipped direct to your door.
