Our double steel doors are fully customisable. Choose from clear, opaque, reeded or frosted glass options to suit your design and space. Or bring your doors to life with our custom handles, locks and hardware. Everything we produce is custom-made and one-of-a-kind which means you don’t need to retrofit sizes or designs. The only limit is your imagination.
Steel Window Design ship all our windows and doors Australia wide. Most double steel doors can be shipped pre-glazed meaning they arrive with the glass already fitted and a final caulk applied. If you are in Victoria, we offer a full installation and glazing service on-site.
Recommended dimensions
Everything Steel Window Design manufacture and create is custom and one-of-a-kind. From our years’ of experience both in the factory and on building sites, we have come to know what sizes and designs work best for strength, practicality and longevity.
We therefore recommend dimensions for our steel windows and doors, however these are just a guide. If you have a design that falls outside of our recommendations, please chat to us.

Glazing is certified in accordance with the following Australian standards:
• AS/NZS 2208:1996 safety glazing materials in buildings

Colour and treatment options:
Our steel windows and doors are sandblasted and double powder coated. We are proud to use an accredited Dulux Powder Coater, providing a Dulux ‘Steel Shield Warranty’ and the full Dulux colour range.
Each window and door frame goes through a process of being baked, sandblasted, and has an application of 99% zinc rich primer and a coloured powder topcoat. For wet areas, an additional coloured powder topcoat is applied.
